The validity of warranty claims will be checked by us on a case by case basis. Before sending us the product for which you would like to claim warranty, please send us an email stating your claim, attach several images showing the defect, and provide your order number. Repairs

Even the best products will eventually show some signs of wear and tear and might need a make-over. We want to make sure you can enjoy your Dalgado products for as long as possible which is why we are offering several repair options.

How it works:

1) Send an email with an explanation what needs to be repaired, some pictures, and your order number. We usually reply within 3 business days.
2) We will assess the repair costs and let you know via email.
3) If you approve the costs, we will issue you an invoice which you can pay via PayPal or bank transfer.
4) Send your product at your expense to us.
5) We will let you know when we receive your product.
6) We will repair your product as discussed, ship the product back to you as soon as it is ready and let you know the tracking number.
