Shipping Information

Shipping within Germany is done with DHL Paket and is free of charge for orders over 50€. International shipping is done with DHL Express and is free of charge for orders over 150€ and 200€ respectively. Customs duties and import sales taxes for deliveries to non-EU countries must be assumed by the customer. General information
- All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- Deliveries to packing stations or PO Boxes are not possible.
- Orders can only be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Changing the delivery address is not possible after the order has been shipped.
- Duties will have to be assumed by the customer. Please inform yourself in advance about the fees in your country.
- For deliveries to non-EU countries, import sales tax may apply. Please inform yourself in advance about the import limits of your country.  
- Shipping times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
- Shipping times are estimates as customs clearance procedures can cause delays.
