The validity of warranty claims is assessed by us on a case-by-case basis. Before you send us the product for which you wish to claim warranty, please send us an email with an explanation of the defect, several pictures showing the defect, and your order number. For more detailed information, please refer to our terms and conditions.
Repairs
Even the best products eventually show signs of wear and may require refurbishment. We want to ensure that you enjoy your Dalgado products for as long as possible. That's why we offer various repair options that you can take advantage of even if your product is no longer under warranty.

How it works
- 1) Send an email with an explanation of what needs to be repaired, some pictures, and your order number. We usually respond within 3 business days.
- 2) We will estimate the repair costs and inform you via email.
- 3) If you agree with the costs, we will issue an invoice which you can pay via PayPal or bank transfer.
- 4) Send us your product at your expense to our address.
- 5) We will inform you once we have received your product.
- 6) We will repair your product as discussed, send it back to you once it's finished, and provide you with the tracking number.
