RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Returns

We hope you like all of our products that you order. However, there is always the possibility that the product you have purchased isn't quite what you were looking for. In this case, you can return your order within 30 days of you receiving your product(s). To let us know about your decision, you can either write us an email to customercare@dalgado.de with all the necessary details. Usually, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. After your return request was processed by our customer service team, we’ll send you the return label.

Returns within Germany are free of charge as long as you use the return label provided by us. Otherwise, the return costs are the customer's responsibility. International return shipping costs will have to be assumed by the customer. When returning an order from outside the EU, please attach a copy of the invoice to the outside of the package and write on the outside of the package with a pen "Return - no commercial value". Regardless of where you are returning your order from, we highly recommend returning the package with a tracking code. 

It is important that the products are unworn and have no signs of wear. We would appreciate it if you could return your order with its original packaging.

 

Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You have the option to exchange any of our products within 30 days of receipt of your product(s) in case you need a different size or colour. Please let us know about your desired exchange via customercare@dalgado.de or by phone at 0049 (0) 211 97531929. We will then check your request and let you know whether we can process your request either via phone or email usually within 24 hours. To make things easier for us, please indicate what you would like to exchange on the invoice. After your return request was processed by our customer service team, we’ll send you the return label.

Exchanges within Germany are free of charge as long as you use the return label provided by us. Otherwise, the return costs are the customer`s responsibility. For exchanges from outside Germany, you’ll have to send us the product at your own expense. Both for national and international exchanges, we’ll then ship the product back to you free of charge. Please note that we currently only allow for a one-time exchange associated with the same original order. A return after an exchange is currently not offered.
