About the Tannery
The Tannery was founded by the current owner and administrator, Mario Brillanti, in 1971. From the very beginning, the Tannery has specialized in the creation of premium quality suede leathers. By combining traditional tanning methods with modern technology, they have become one of the worldwide market leaders in the suede industry.

How we found the tannery
We first came into contact with the Zabri tannery through our braided belt manufactory. Both companies have maintained a very successful and harmonious business relationship for many years, and Giulia, one of the owners of the braided belt manufactory, recommended Zabri to us for the production of our braided suede belts. We knew we could trust her judgment and expertise, so we followed her recommendation.
Sustainability
Conceria Zabri has always been one of the technological leaders in the leather industry and has invested heavily in modern technology. This has not only led to higher quality leathers but also to greater efficiency, which in turn has resulted in significantly lower water and electricity consumption. Furthermore, Zabri has received the coveted ICEC certification, which is only awarded to tanneries that excel in ecological, ethical, social, economic, and product-related aspects.
Which leathers we use
We use their famous suede leathers for several of our braided belts. Zabri suede leathers are known for their beautiful soft velvety touch and exceptional colour fastness which is vital for the creation of premium suede belts.

The work that goes into this leather
Leather is one of the oldest materials ever used by humans with historical records dating back many thousands of years. Even nowadays with modern technology, creating premium leathers is a complex and lengthy process. All of our raw hides are side-products of the meat and hunting industry. They are all tanned in Europe by some of the most prestigious tanneries in the world in compliance with the strict REACH Regulation to ensure a clean and sustainable production. The proud results are gorgeous leathers which will withstand the test of time and only become more beautiful with use.
