RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Returns

We hope that you like all the products you order from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the option of returning your Dalgado product within the first 30 days of receiving the goods. Simply send an email to customercare@dalgado.de with all the necessary information. We will usually get back to you within 24 hours. It is important that the products are unworn and show no signs of wear. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging.

Returns within Germany
After our customer service team has processed your request, your return label will be sent to you via email. Returns within Germany are free of charge for orders over €50, as long as you use the returns label provided by us. Otherwise, you will have to bear the return costs.

International Returns
The costs for international returns must be borne by the customer. For the listed countries below we provide the option to receive a return label from us. However, the return is not free of charge and we will deduct the specified amount from your refund. Alternatively, you can also send the return shipment to our address using a shipping service provider of your choice:

Exchanges

Exchanges within Germany
You can exchange the goods free of charge within the first 30 days of receiving the order. Please let us know about your exchange by sending an e-mail to customercare@dalgado.de or by calling +49 (0) 211 97531929. Our service team will then reply to you as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. To make our work easier, please indicate your order number and which product you would like to exchange. It is important that the products are unworn and show no signs of wear. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging.

After our customer service team has processed your request, your return label will be sent to you by email. Exchanges within Germany are free of charge as long as you use the return label provided by us. As soon as we have received the parcel, we will send the exchanged goods back to you free of charge.

International Exchanges
Exchanges for orders outside Germany are currently not possible. If you would like to exchange the purchased item, please return your order as described above and place a new order.
