The gloves should fit snugly at first, as they will expand over time and conform to the shape of your hand. When putting the gloves on for the first time, bend your fingers slightly upward. If there is a small crease at the knuckles, the gloves are the correct size. If there is no crease, the gloves are too big. If you have trouble putting the gloves on or if your fingers have limited mobility, the gloves are too small.

With the relentless advance of mechanization, the demanding profession of glove making is becoming increasingly rare. However, the quality and comfort of handmade gloves remains unparalleled. That's why each of our gloves is handcrafted in Naples by experienced glove makers in a fourth-generation family business. Stitch by stitch, each glove evolves into a true gem of Italian craftsmanship. Genuine Carpincho leather is considered one of the rarest, most luxurious, and most expensive glove leathers in the world. The lining is made of fine Mongolian cashmere, which will keep your hands warm even on the coldest winter days.

Know what you are buying

The fashion industry is notoriously opaque and deceiving. As a consumer you get hardly any reliable information on the actual origin of the materials and manufacturing conditions. To us, that is fundamentally wrong. You have every right to know exactly what you are buying. That is the only way to make better purchasing decisions.

OUR GLOVE MANUFACTORY
Naples, Italy

"Made in" labels are unfortunately a gross oversimplification. For a product to be legally labeled, for example, "Made in Italy," it is sufficient if the final essential production step takes place in Italy. The term "essential" is often stretched to the limit. Many brands, including many luxury brands, exploit this loophole and have their products manufactured in low-wage countries in Eastern Europe and the Far East before they are "finished" in Italy. Unfortunately, as a customer, you are usually unaware of this. To us, that is not only completely wrong, but also unacceptable. That is why all of our products are proudly crafted in family-owned workshops in Italy, Germany and Portugal where all artisans are treated with the respect they deserve.

The traditional handicraft of glove-making is a nearly lost art and there are only very few master glove makers left in the world. We are very honored to be working with one of the most revered glove master families in the world. They have been crafting beautiful gloves for many luxury brands since the middle of the 19th century and their quality is absolutely superb.

TRACEABILITY

The fashion industry is notoriously opaque and deceiving. As a consumer you get hardly any reliable information on the actual origin of the materials and manufacturing conditions. To us, that is fundamentally wrong. You have every right to know exactly what you are buying. That is the only way to make better purchasing decisions.

Luxurious Carpincho leather

  • Material: Carpincho leather
  • Origin of raw material: Argentina
  • Tanning method: Mineral
  • Tannery: Secret
  • Location: Italy
  • Certification: CITES, REACH

Our Carpincho hides come from Argentina and are tanned in Italy in compliance with the strict REACH regulations. Any irregularities in the grain pattern are a testament to the leather's authenticity. We know the name of the Italian tannery, but our glove manufacturer has asked us to keep this information confidential, so we are not disclosing it at this time.

Soft Mongolian cashmere lining

  • Material: 100% pure cashmere
  • Origin of the material: Mongolia
  • Factory: Secret

The incredibly soft lining is made from 100% pure Mongolian cashmere, considered the highest quality cashmere in the world. The raw cashmere fibers are brought to Italy, where they are cleaned, dyed, and milled. We know the name of the Italian factory that produces our lining, but our glove manufacturer has asked us to keep this information confidential, so we are not disclosing it at this time.

Strong cotton sewing thread

PREISMATRIX

We all know that fashion brands heavily mark-up their prices. But do we really know by how much? We certainly didn't and what we found out shocked us. Traditional retail brands mark-up their prices by 5-6 times. Luxury brands mark-up their prices by staggering 10-15 times. To us, that is unjustifiable. We cut out the middle man, sell directly to you and pass the savings on to you. Our average mark-up is 3 times and we reveal our exact production costs. You deserve to know.

Fine Carpincho leather

Genuine Carpincho leather, due to its incredibly soft feel, impressive durability, and rarity, is one of the finest, most luxurious, and most expensive glove leathers in the world. With proper care, the gloves will last for many years—perhaps even for generations.

Timeless design

With its unique 5-pore pattern, Carpincho leather is naturally a more casual glove leather. But combined with hand-stitched seams and three-dot detail on the back, our Carpincho gloves embody timeless class and effortless elegance.

160 years of experience

The production of a single pair of our cashmere-lined Carpincho gloves is extremely laborious and complex. It requires the collaboration of 15 master glove makers and seamstresses, 18 individual production steps, and over 2,000 stitches to transform the raw materials into a finished pair of gloves; a true gem of Italian craftsmanship.

Climate and plastic positive

For every single order, we plant a tree with our partner On A Mission and remove 80 plastic bottles from our beloved oceans with our partner Empower. We are very proud to be a climate- and plastic-positive company. Every product has an ecological footprint. We do everything in our power to ensure it's a positive one.
