Care & Warranty

Care instructions
Cashmere is a delicate material that requires proper care. We generally recommend handwashing cashmere products. Use cool water and a mild or specialty detergent pH 8+. You can also use baby shampoo for an extra soft texture.

If your cashmere product is dirty, we recommend taking it to a professional dry cleaner. You can also try washing it in the machine on a gentle cycle at 30°C with a short spin cycle (no longer than 30 minutes). Make sure to remove your cashmere product from the machine immediately after washing.

For a product to be legally labeled, for example, "Made in Italy," it is sufficient if the final essential production step takes place in Italy. The term "essential" is often stretched to the limit. Many brands, including many luxury brands, exploit this loophole and have their products manufactured in low-wage countries in Eastern Europe and the Far East before they are "finished" in Italy. Unfortunately, as a customer, you are usually unaware of this. To us, that is not only completely wrong, but also unacceptable. The raw cashmere comes from cashmere goats in Inner and Outer Mongolia. This particular type of cashmere is considered the finest in the world due to the local climate. It is far superior to other cashmere varieties in terms of softness, warmth, durability, and pilling resistance. Yarn production, dyeing, and manufacturing are carried out in Italy to ensure the highest quality standards and environmentally friendly production

For every single order, we plant a tree with our partner On A Mission and remove 80 plastic bottles from our beloved oceans with our partner Empower. We are very proud to be a climate- and plastic-positive company. All of our hats are packaged completely plastic-free in a stylish black belt box made of FSC-certified paper. Every product has an ecological footprint. We do everything in our power to ensure it's a positive one.
