Shipping Information
Shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL Parcel and is free of charge for orders over €50. International shipping is carried out by DHL Premium and is free of charge for orders over €250 or €300 (depending on the destination country). Customs duties and import VAT for deliveries to non-EU countries must be borne by the customer. For exact information on your shipping costs and times, please use our shipping calculator.
General information
- All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- Deliveries to packing stations or PO boxes are not possible.
- Orders can only be delivered to the shipping address specified at checkout.
- It is no longer possible to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped.
